Dhyan Guru Kumar Krishnamoorthy was born as the eldest child to his Parents Kamala and
Krishnamoorthy on 13th December 1946 at Ahmedabad in the Western Indian State of Gujarat.
Brought up in a traditional South Indian Brahmin home, where his mother sang hymns from the Vedas whilst cooking and the father narrated various episodes from the scriptures ranging from Mythology to Astrology and Ayurveda and also about various festivals that took place in their palatial ancestral home in Palakkad, Kerala, young Kumar displayed all the characteristics of a Yogi even as a child.

Kumar speaks in ecstasy relaying mysteries of Dhyan weaving several intricate motifs to suit the spiritual needs of audiences. He is never repetitive, embracing new wavelengths and frequencies of the Cosmic and converting into speech effortlessly for the requirements of the assembly. Naturally all this leads to de-stressing and healing in the audience.

Inner Light Cosmic Meditation is also a result of his cosmic mysterious style of speaking. Once he
connects to his cosmic creator, then flows an un-interrupted current of wisdom in the simplest words de-mystifying aspects of Meditation.
